Following heightened political, regulatory, and utility-commission pressure to protect residential and commercial ratepayers from subsidizing private AI and data-center infrastructure, hyperscalers are increasingly required-commercially and politically to bring, build, or buy dedicated generation and to fund associated infrastructure directly.

Traditional grid access has become slow, politically sensitive, and capital intensive, with 18-36+ month interconnection queues, escalating upgrade costs, and heightened public scrutiny.

TriNeo Energy addresses this constraint by delivering ready-to-power, behind‑the‑meter, co‑located renewable and hybrid energy campuses purpose‑built for AI and hyperscale data-center loads. Importantly, TriNeo Energy capital exposure is largely limited to development and early de-risking, with the majority of construction CAPEX transferred to buyers at or before Notice to Proceed (“NTP”).
